Super Fast Motion Title Editing In Premiere Pro With Essential Graphics

Motion graphics—also known as animated titles—are essential if you want your videos to look polished and professional. They help keep your audience engaged, emphasize key information, and give your content a higher production value.

The problem? Traditionally, editing motion titles was tedious and time-consuming. You’d have to jump between programs and make endless tweaks just to get everything looking right.

But thanks to the Essential Graphics panel in Adobe Premiere Pro, that’s no longer the case. With just a few clicks, you can now customize title animations—change fonts, adjust colors, tweak sizing and spacing—all without leaving Premiere Pro. It’s all made possible through Motion Graphics Templates (MOGRTs).

In this class, I’ll show you how to set up a MOGRT in After Effects (don’t worry—it’s simple), so that once it's built, you never have to leave Premiere again. Just drag, drop, and edit. That’s it.

This approach completely changed how I create titles for my videos. Things that used to take forever—like lower thirds, name cards, or animated slides—are now fast, flexible, and fun.
